SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT
By registering for or subscribing to this magazine you agree to the following conditions:
The information contained within Soapcrafters Magazine and its affiliated website(s) www.soapcrafters.net (hereafter referred to as Soapcrafters Magazine) and www.reiverpublishing.com are the property of Reiver Publishing..
As a subscriber, you are entitled to read all parts of Soapcrafters Magazine at http://www.soapcrafters.net (or other approved Soapcrafters Online Magazine sites) for which you have been authorised. Soapcrafters Magazine is an on-line magazine only. It is not a printed magazine.
You may keep an electronic and/or print copy of such pages as you wish, in unaltered form, for your own use, including PDF files which are provided as part of your subscription.
Other than this, you may not, under any circumstances, reproduce or retransmit the information contained in Soapcrafters Magazine.
YOUR ACCOUNT
If you use the Soapcrafters Magazine Subscriptions site, you are responsible for maintaining the integrity and safety of your system including confidentiality of your account name and password and for restricting access to your computer.
VIOLATION OF AGREEMENT
If you are found to have violated this agreement, you agree to the termination of your subscription and/or free access immediately and WITHOUT refund, and agree to destroy or return all copies of the information you have obtained from Soapcrafters Online Magazine.

1. REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
(a) As part of the registration process, you will select a password and a subscriber ID. You also must provide to us certain registration information, all of which must be complete and accurate and updated by you if any such information changes. You may not (i) select or use a password or subscriber ID of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; (ii) use another subscriber’s password or subscriber ID or allow any other person to use your password or subscriber ID. Failure to comply with the foregoing shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement, which may result in immediate termination of your Soapcrafters subscription. You shall be solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your password and subscriber ID.
(b) You are responsible for all usage or activity on your Soapcrafers subscription, including use of the Soapcrafters subscription by any unauthorised third party. You shall immediately notify Reiver Publishing, at legal@reiverpublishing.com of any known or suspected unauthorised use of your Soapcrafters subscription, or of any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorised disclosure of your password or subscriber ID. Reiver Publishing at its sole discretion reserve the right to terminate your Soapcrafters subscription if they suspect any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity. Reiver Publishing may also, at its sole discretion, refer you or the matter to the appropriate law enforcement agencies.
(c) You will be responsible for all charges incurred while your Soapcrafters subscription is being used. You may not transfer, sell, or otherwise assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement.

2. FEES AND PAYMENTS
Reiver Publishing, reserves the right at any time to modify the fees for access to or other services or features offered in connection with its subscriptions. You agree to pay the subscription fees and any other charges incurred in connection with your user name and password for a Service (including any applicable VAT or other taxes) at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. If your subscription includes access to areas containing premium content or services, your access to such areas may be subject to additional fees, terms and conditions, which will be separately disclosed in such areas. We will bill all charges automatically to your PayPal account. Subscription fees will be billed at the beginning of your subscription or any renewal. Unless we state in writing otherwise, all fees and charges are non-refundable. We may change the fees and charges then in effect, or add new fees or charges, by giving you notice in advance. You are responsible for any fees or charges incurred to access the Service.

3. RENEWAL
Your subscription will renew automatically, unless you terminate it. You must cancel your subscription before it renews in order to avoid billing of subscription fees for the renewal term to your PayPal account.

4. EXCEPTIONS FOR VARIOUS TYPES OF SUBSCRIBERS: OTHER USERS
If your are permitted access to a free trial or otherwise without becoming a subscriber, you are hereby notified that all of the terms and conditions of this Subscriber Agreement except the section labelled "Fees and Payments" and "Renewal" apply to your use and access of the Service.

5. TERMS AND TERMINATION
This Agreement shall be effective as of the moment you subscribe to the Soapcrafters magazine and it shall remain in effect unless and until terminated as provided herein. This Agreement may be terminated by either party for any reason at any time.
(a You may terminate your Soapcrafters subscription and this Agreement at any time by cancelling your subscription from your PayPal account.
(b) Reiver Publishing may, at its sole discretion, terminate, or suspend your subscription access and this Agreement for any reason, including, without limitation, your violation of any law, rule, or regulation or breach or assignment of this Agreement.
(c) Upon our termination of your Soapcrafters subscription, we will send you an email notice, and thereafter your access to your Soapcrafters subscription will be deactivated. You are responsible for any and all charges incurred up to the time the Soapcrafters subscription is deactivated. Upon deactivation of your Soapcrafters subscription you will cease to access the secure subscription area.

7. GENERAL (INCLUDING JURISDICTION)
This Agreement contains the final and entire agreement between us regarding your use of the services and supersedes all previous and contemporaneous oral or written agreements regarding your use of the services. We may discontinue or change the services, or their availability to you, at any time. This Agreement is personal to you, which means that you may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement to anyone. No third party is a beneficiary of this Agreement. You agree that this Agreement, as well as any and all claims arising from this Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland applicable to contracts made entirely within Scotland and wholly performed in Scotland, without regard to any conflict or choice of law principles. The sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising out of this Agreement will be an appropriate court located in Scotland.
The foregoing is to be read in conjunction with the general Terms and Condition and with our Privacy Agreement.

Systems Reliability
Reiver Publishing aims to keep the Site available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. However, due to technical failures, acts of God, human error or routine maintenance, availability may be limited and/or information may be lost. Reiver Publishing shall not be liable for lost information or non-availability of the services.

Indemnification
You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold Reiver Publishing, its directors, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and servants free from and against any and all liability, losses, damages and costs, including, without limitation, reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Site or Content.

Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in Scotland, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. You hereby submit to and agree that the sole jurisdiction for any actions that may arise under or in relation to the subject matter hereof shall be the courts located within the jurisdiction of Scotland.
